The Dairy Quality Inc. slides contain an immobilised propidium iodide (PI) reagent.
After mixing the milk sample and reagent, a portion of the mixture is pushed to the lens of the slide where an image of the milk sample is captured and analysed.
Dairy Quality slides are disposable sampling and measuring devices that can analyse only one milk sample, but can be tested multiple times within a few minutes—sample quality starts to degrade over time.
Our somatic cell count test slides will work with both the Quick SCC and Dairy Quality RT10 Platinum devices.
